Offer Terms – Website Relaunch Routine Inspection Program

This promotion is provided by Professional Drone Imagery Pty Ltd (PDI) in connection with the relaunch of the PDI website and related services across the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and South Coast NSW.

1. Validity & Duration

Start Date: Monday 13 July 2026 at 07:30am AEST (Sydney time).

End Date: Thursday 13 August 2026 at 17:30pm AEST (Sydney time).

Extension: This offer is strictly time-limited and will not be extended beyond the stated end date.

2. Offer Overview & Redemption

The Deal: Eligible new routine inspection program clients receive one complimentary initial site inspection when they book their first routine drone inspection program with PDI and secure that program with the required deposit.

Application: The complimentary component covers the initial on‑site drone inspection visit only and is applied as a credit to the inspection fee for that visit.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Target Audience: New commercial clients only (businesses, government, councils, facilities, strata, property managers, trade, and professional services).

Program Limit: Offer applies strictly to the first routine drone inspection program booked with PDI by that client organisation.

Organization Limit: One complimentary initial site inspection per client organisation (verified via ABN or equivalent corporate identity).

Service Region: Sites must be physically located within PDI’s standard service region: Illawarra, Shoalhaven, and South Coast NSW, or as otherwise agreed in writing by PDI.

Assessments: Routine inspection program scope and suitability are subject to an initial enquiry and project assessment by PDI. PDI reserves the right to decline work that falls outside its service scope, risk profile, airspace constraints, or operational capacity.

4. What is Included

The complimentary component relates solely to the inspection fee for one initial site visit under an agreed routine inspection program. It typically includes:

Pre‑flight planning and risk assessment for the agreed site.

One routine drone inspection visit at the site (executed within standard flight parameters and airspace conditions).

Initial imaging and data capture consistent with the agreed routine program scope (for example, roofs, solar panels, building exteriors, or nominated assets).

Any reporting, data processing, and physical deliverables are provided as per the agreed routine program proposal and may be quoted separately depending on specific client requirements.

5. What is Not Included

The offer does not cover:

Additional sites, repeat visits, follow‑up inspections, or expanded operational scopes outside the agreed routine program.

Travel surcharges or mobilisation costs outside PDI’s standard service area.

Out‑of‑hours or urgent works, variations requested after booking, or additional on-site access arrangements.

Any engineering, electrical, structural, thermography, or other specialist diagnosis, certification, or official sign‑off.

Disclaimer:

PDI provides raw imaging, data capture, and descriptive reporting information only; interpretation and subsequent rectification decisions remain entirely with the qualified contractor, engineer, electrician, or other specialist engaged by the client. These items, if required, are quoted and billed separately at PDI’s standard commercial rates or as agreed in writing.

6. Booking, Deposits, and Payment

To access the offer, the client must book a qualifying routine inspection program and secure that program with PDI’s required deposit by the date specified in the offer or as otherwise agreed.

Deposits are non‑refundable except where PDI cancels the job and cannot offer a suitable alternative operational date.

Remaining fees for the routine program (including deliverables, additional visits, and any travel or variations) are payable under PDI’s standard payment terms, as set out in the proposal or invoice.

7. Changes, Cancellations, and Safety

All flights are subject to Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) regulations, weather conditions, airspace restrictions, landowner permission, and site safety conditions.

PDI may postpone, modify, or cancel a scheduled inspection where conditions are determined to be unsafe or non‑compliant. In such cases, PDI will work with the client to reschedule or adjust the scope.

Where a site or project is determined to be unsuitable for the routine program, PDI may withdraw the offer and discuss alternative structural options.

8. Duration and Variation of Offer

The offer is available for a limited time in connection with the website relaunch and expires precisely at the end date listed in Section 1.

PDI may amend, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice, but will honour confirmed bookings where a deposit has already been received and the client meets all core eligibility criteria.

9. General Terms

Use of PDI’s services is also subject to PDI’s standard service terms, proposals, and any project‑specific documentation agreed with the client.

In the event of any inconsistency between this offer description and a signed project agreement, the signed agreement will prevail.
